All of this 3 equipments are not working in my 900 88. Is it any easy task I could perform to solve it, fuse..., I heard that the cruise control might be something related with a sensor in the pedals.

Check the fuses or if any fuses are missing.
If the fuses are ok the next step could be to check the switches at the clutch and brake pedals. When I bought my ng9-3 one of the pedal switches was stucked in it's inner position and kept the cruise control off. I only moved the switch arm a few times and it has now worked for five years since.
I have no litterature about og900. The Haynes manual for Saab 9000 describes both a vacuum controlled system and one with stepper motor. The vacuum system has both switches and vaccum valves at the pedals.
