The P0411 code you are getting with that SAAB is the SECONDARY AIR INJECTION CHECKVALVE 95% of the time. This sometimes will allow condensation to build up in the air lines
that run to the air pump and air filter. Its part of the emmisions BS that they put on these cars. The check valve is costly, its usually about $100 or more depending on where you live I guess but its
much cheaper than $600+ dollars plus labor for a new air pump.
In some uncommon instances this may not be the problem, but this is a known issue with the SAAB Q93 and some other models. Once replaced it should be ok for another 100,000 miles
