SID i NG 900

Kan man montera en SID 2 eller 3 i denna typ eftersom SID 1 e för tråkig. Vet att omprogrammering krävs men undrar om det kommer att funka.

Upgrading the SID

A commonly asked question is whether it is possible to 'upgrade' the SID to a higher one. This is only really feasible if you are upgrading a SID2 to a SID3 - as the additional functions of the SID3 do not require further modification. If, however, the plan is to move from a SID1 to a SID2, then, in order to enjoy the the additional functionality, further work will be required to fit the extra sensors and this is usually too much effort and expense for the benefits that are offered.

Såg att vissa hade SID 2 eller 3 i dessa som brukar ha SID 1 vanligtvis så därför passade jag på att fråga. Hoppas Saab kan fixa detta arbete om det går och att kostnaderna inte blir för stora.
