    Hi all!
    Firstly, any reply in swedish is just as welcome as english, I understand both, second, I have searched and read all the threads about the subject I could find on this forum, using the search-facility.
    We have a problem with my brothers 9000 aero from 93 with tcs.
    The car is only grundladdtryck.
    Tonight, we replaced the mv with a known good one. The car then boost as it should, but, only very shortly, for about half a second, then returns to grundladd and stays there.
    Next gear, you can't get more than grundladd. It seems as though you have to get lucky to get more than grundladd...
    So to sum things up, no max-boost, only sometime and only for a VERY short period of time, not depending on gear... The var is back on it's original mv now, but this will be replaced for a new one. In the mean time, we can borrow the the mv for testing, but not for keeps, so this will be replaced, but they are in shirt supply, so it takes a little while before it gets here.
    The next time we are going to borrow the working mv and test, what more can we do to work out this problem? The cruise control works, and there are no braking-lights on. Also, the fuse is in good working order aswell...
    What is wrong?

    Change the DI cassette, to a known good one.
    I had exactly the same problem as you, with my ng900,
    I changed the DI cassette and the engine turned to be as good as new!

    Thanks a lot, we will do that, going to borrow one from another aero with no boost-problems... If anyone have any other ideas, please feel free to let me know!

    I second that, My Saab 9000CSE t16 -92 had the wierdest boost pressure issues (my boost when skyhigh, 2.5bar +), replaced/tested most components without finding the cause of it. Replaced the sparkplugs to the correct ones and it worked fine again...
