Max power is now 900rpm sooner than in the dyno sheet shown. It has 476.7HP at about 3800RPM. I will post the new one soon.

By the way, the fans you are using, were or what did those come from?

I´m having problems finding a high capacity fan that is thin, the 50mm SPAL-fan dont quit cut I think when it gets hot in the summer(dont know for sure yet).

Flex-A-Lite 210R cooling fans. They move a LOT of air, we don't even need any aditional cooling when its on the dyno.

impressive work! I've seen a lot of your car already, as I hang out a bit at saablink. that manifold you got there (exhaust), there's no way those tubes can be equal length? and do you get anything good out of having your air filter just an inch from the turbo? how is the mapping at cruising speeds going?

Correct me if I'm wrong, the side windows are made of plastic? it looks a bit "un finnished" due to the fact that they don't follow the shape to 100%

Well I can read your swedish just fine but replying in it is another story. I know a lot of words but getting them in the right order is difficult.

You are right the windows are not finished! They are made of Lexan. They have 15% tint on the inside, and a rock protectant film on the outside to keep it from scratching like lexan normally does. They have not been finished because its been inside the shop for almost 10 months now. They will look better once it is "home". I have only just taken it out for a little stroll for now. They follow the car better than it looks in photos but the rock chip protectant offers a little distorted reflection. I would have to take a close up photo for you to see the odd blurr it makes. There is much im not happy with but it will be nicer as time passes! They actually have no lower supports in place at all and still have huge rubber bands inside pulling them into the car! It was quite the process getting them installed properly without using bolts. Its similar to how a winshield is installed.

Road tuning gets finished tomorrow. Full throttle is all that matters really though, right?
