Saab Festival 2007 - any website containing information?

Hi everyone,

A bunch of us in Australia are looking to come over to Sweden next year for the Saab Festival which I believe is held usually in June. Next years event is apparently going to be big due to it being Saab's 60th anniversary?

Does anyone have any confirmed information about the event? We're looking to start planning for the trip and the idea at the moment is to try and organise group bookings for some things such as maybe accomodation, plane flights to/from Australia, car hire in Sweden, etc.

I'm hoping that there is something available to give us a guide to use for planning... 8-)

The info one of the guys in our Australian saab club has is 15 to 17 June, but I guess that sometime soon there will be something official from Saab. I might see if Saab Australia is aware of what's going on with the Saab Festival, but I tend to think Saab Australia, being run by Holden these days, is probably not that interested in stuff not connected to the parent GM brand(s). 8-)

Thankyou for that. Unfortunately circumstances here (and the need to do some fairly urgent stuff to repair part of the house) are going to make it impossible for me to make the trip to Sweden, but quite a number of the Australian Saab enthusiasts in SCCA are planning on going over for the event.
