Originally I am dutch (the Netherlands) but sinds januari I live in Ljungby, Smlåland.
I drive a 2001 Saab 9-5 Aero Kombi (automatic) and I want to tune it up a little, more the looks then the engine, 'cause the automatic gearbox cannot handle much more power then the standard engine ... if you have some ideas ... you're allways welcome to mail me.
the standard licenceplate is exchanged for a private one, with only 00 on it ...

A lot of the English and American members I recognise the names of, so many may well know me (and my car!) already It will be nice to get some Swedish feedback on my car though!
A very brief story of my car:
Found it in a garage a year ago. A friend of a workmate had owned it since 1982. In 1989 he was given a company car, so he put the Saab in his garage. And there it stayed until last year, until I got it!
I've spent the last year and quite a lot of money rebuilding the mechanicals of the car, and hopefully improving it a little. 900 suspension components, new springs and shock absorbers, and a million other bits and pieces. I drove the car yesterday for the first time, and everything apart from the radiator fan seems to be pretty good. A little while until it is roadworthy, but not long hopefully!

Unfortunately, even when the car is roadworthy, it won't look very special as whilst it looks shiny, up close the paintwork needs a lot of work. Both doors and teh tailgate need heavy repairs too. But that will all get corrected over time, and I hope to have the bodywork tidied within a year, funds permitting.
