Hello and sorry to write this in english, but I hope someone here has an answer for me. I couln't use the search because I simply don't know the right words...
I'm planning to change the intake delivery pipe from the cooler to the throttle body by 60mm all the way. The original is 60mm from the beginning and then goes down to 50mm. What material have you used to make the pipe? Aluminium is available in 2mm thickness 60mm but the other option is stainless steel. Aluminium is hard to bend, I think it had to be welded from parts, but stainless steel could be bend nicely, but the problem is that the material is still 2mm thick and weights a lot.
I know Abbott racing makes its own version...
But there is a cheaper way, I just have to find the right way to do it.
Any kind of help appreciated!!
regards,
Matti
