Problem with the hood.
Hood no open, cable is loose.
I tried to sit on the hood and pull the lever and nothing.
Then I tried with an screwdriver trying to move the lever under the hood and nothing. I can move it but the lock pin still stuck.
Any other suggestions?

In what mean is the cable loose, can the lever be operated without any resistance..?
Can it just be frozen stuck?

A body repair shop can help you. The screws keeping the lock in place might have come loose. Anyways, they should have some hooks and tools to open the lock even if the cable is not working.
