Hi
I am looking for a 900 turbo, but it seems like mission imposible. I wonder if it is possible to transform a 900i 8v or 16 v to a turbo. And in that case which engine is easy to do , 8v or 16V.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything but that might be on the top 10 of worst answers ever
Easiest and most common is to actually swap in a 16v turbo engine instead of the stock engine (whatever it might be), it really helps if you have a complete donor car in working order since you need both hardware (exhaust manifold, exhaust etc...) and also electronics (complete wiring loom for fuel injection etc).
Converting from a non-turbo i8/i16 is easier than converting a c900 with carb from factory since those did not come with an electric in-tank fuel pump.
You could also use the block/base engine from a non-turbo but that involves changing the rods and pistons and a a lot of hardware and also electronics (complete fuel injection). Depending on the regulations and rules in your country you might not be able to register your car for road use after converting it to a turbo.
