MY is 1996, yes with stock manifold.

I'd look at a TD04HL-18T #6, which is a hybrid turbo. Basically a Volvo -18T but with a Saab #6 turbine housing. Pretty much bolt on, using 9000 Aero water- and oil lines.Ursprungligen postat av Steve-UK
Another option is a T28BB, which is fully bolt on using your stock water- and oil lines. 350 hp is a stretch, but perhaps possible.
To really make sure you hit the 350-mark, there are two nice little Garrett GTBB's available: GT28RS (Garrett spec. 350 hp) and the slightly bigger GT2871R (Garrett spec. 400 hp). Both these will bolt on to your stock manifold but will, naturally, require custom water- and oil lines. For optimal function, I would also recommend a custom downpipe that takes full advantage of the 3" outlet on the GTBB:s.
Also, these two latter would probably work best in conjunction with slightly hotter cams, e.g. 262/9,5 or similar. Custom software is also a must of course, but I assume you are aware of that.

As far as I know, it's the same turbo. ATP refer to it as GT28R (which is the official Garrett name), whereas most Swedish tuners for some reason choose to call it GT28BB.Ursprungligen postat av ng900t
