typen af potentiometer er ikke den samme.
På bosch 2.0 er det on/off-signal, på bosch 2.1 og lucas 2.0 er det med varierende motstand istället.

Om du bruger 2.1'erens eller lucas-spjälhus, så fungerer det bra. Du måste ha' en potentiometer-type. Findes på trionic-biler også.

So you don't think I have to measure on the hall-sensors itself? I think the wiring on both T8's and T16's are the same, so the input/output should be so too. Can't remember right now, actually :)

Hi guys... Just wanted to say, that I have sorted my problems, and MS is running like it should. It was the crystal that was blown...

Another question: I'm doing the install, and want to implement...

got the new capacitator today, but no luck... I get no respons from the megasquirt-board when connected to the stim-board... I just don't hope that I have burned a lot of other stuff...
I can't seem...

Fredrik, what other problems might the burned C30 have caused me? I'm a bit worried, that I might have burned something else too? C30 was the only one that started smoking, but don't know if anything...

So I finished my megasquirt, every test was fine untill then, but when the final test came, I burned a capaciator, the C30 4.7uF capacitor. I turned it the wrong way around :blush:
So now...

Frederik: I know there has been spark-solutions, but that this was the first called MS alone... Nevermind. What would be the best idea for my T8-project then? I was going to go for the MS2 version...

Frederik: Isn't the new system the same as Al and Bruce are working on, called MS2, which is soon available on www.megasquirt.info ? Sounds a bit like it, with the integrated Spark-solution!
